A key role exists within our hearing healthcare group, focusing on delivering solutions to individuals with hearing loss.

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to contribute to clinic performance and enhance customer experience.

This position plays a vital part in providing quality hearing healthcare outcomes for all clients by collaborating with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with improving their hearing through full training
  • Coordinating appointments and confirming bookings using an online schedule tool
  • Evaluating client entitlement to government funding assistance and health fund rebates
  • Following up with existing clients to encourage maintenance program renewal
  • Conducting hearing screening checks following comprehensive training
  • Providing administrative support for daily clinic operations

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients throughout their hearing journey
  • Completion of Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
