The Opportunity:

This role offers a supportive clinical environment, where you will work closely with experienced hearing care coordinators to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting comprehensive audiological assessments to diagnose the extent of a client's hearing loss
  2. Reporting results to Medical Practitioners to ensure clients receive appropriate medical intervention
  3. Providing education and support to clients in making informed decisions about their hearing solution
  4. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of care
  5. Travelling between clinics and engaging in promotional activities to generate new business and awareness of the bloom brand
  6. Developing professional relationships with doctors, ENTs, and related medical practitioners to establish bloom as the preferred hearing provider

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will hold a current QP number and full membership of a professional body - Audiology Australia (ASA) or AcAud. You will have strong organisational skills and excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in fitting Hearing Aids.
