Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough hearing assessments and provide personalized recommendations for optimal hearing outcomes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage schedules and appointments with precision, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with colleagues and clients.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive engagement and attract new customers.
  • Provide administrative support to Audiologists and other clinic staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service or retail role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel to other clinics.
