Hearing Care Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough hearing assessments and providing maintenance for hearing aids
- Delivering exceptional customer service through face-to-face and phone-based interactions
- Managing appointments and schedules with accuracy and efficiency
- Identifying opportunities for lead generation and implementing local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement
- Providing administrative support to our Audiologists and clinics to optimize their performance
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and technology
- Strong administration skills, with full training provided
- Sales experience an advantage
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle for occasional travel between clinics
