Hearing Aid Service Professional

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to support our day-to-day operations as an Attendant at our Hearing Aid Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist customers with questions or concerns regarding merchandise or services, ensuring exceptional service standards are met
- Schedule appointments and provide information on available services
- Prepare and send order paperwork and ear moulds to manufacturers, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage data entry and ensure confidentiality of customer information
- Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting tasks for customers on hearing aids and accessories
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of hearing aids and related supplies
Requirements:
- High school certificate or higher qualification
- Cashier, customer service or comparable experience
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent customer service skills, initiative and self-motivation
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision. They must be able to operate a range of equipment and machinery, including phones, copiers, cash registers and hand-held scanners.
