Rehabilitation Career Opportunities
\We are seeking an experienced occupational rehabilitation specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in Lismore, New South Wales.
\Your role will involve developing and nurturing relationships with organisations seeking return-to-work support for their employees. You will also provide case management for injured workers requiring physical and/or psychological support to facilitate their return to employment.
\You will take a holistic approach, establishing key partnerships with healthcare professionals and working within a collaborative team environment to support the journey from rehabilitation to healing. Your clinical expertise will enable you to conduct various assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
\Collaborating with stakeholders such as the injured employee, employer, medical specialists, and other allied health professionals, you will develop, implement, and monitor tailored rehabilitation plans that meet the individual needs of each client.

- OCCUPATIONAL REHABILITATION EXPERIENCE\
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing\
- Strong clinical reasoning\
- Ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams\
