Job Description:

  • This role is responsible for the management of processes related to physical identity access badge creation and maintenance of access control programs.
  • Partner with local management, employees, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a high degree of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Represent core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Monitor all badge and access applications via Trouble-Ticket/SIM and RightCrowd systems to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) and commitments to internal customers.
  3. Manage ANT Group to ensure all information on owner, approver, and secondary approver is updated.
  4. Oversee access levels creation, request, and modification in Lenel access control system.
  5. Serve as point of contact with Corporate Security Badge Office in support of badging operations.
  6. Ensure proper maintenance of badging inventory and records across assigned corporate offices.
  7. Partner with Area Access Managers to review restricted spaces and maintain updated audit access report.
  8. Conduct quarterly audits on badge access levels across assigned corporate offices.
  9. Provide technical guidance for development of solutions while understanding and analyzing different technology solutions.
  10. Capture business requirements and workflows and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  11. Develop, plan, and conduct training sessions to meet customer needs.
  12. Capture meeting minutes and action items.
  13. Coordinate with stakeholders to manage, track, and control projects issues timely delivery.
  14. Perform other badge and physical identity area access management related duties as assigned by the Area Security Manager.
Qualifications

Graduate with least four years of access control/badging experience desired.

  • Knowledge of security systems.
  • Proficient English written and verbal skills.
  • Able to adapt to fast paced, high demand and dynamic environment.
  • Responsive and responsible attitude.
  • Client orientated and results driven.
  • Able to multi-task and organize workload for effective implementation.
  • Attentive to details and accuracy.
  • Able to manage business stakeholders remotely and in a timely manner.
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions

Regular computer usage. Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment. Frequent sitting. Travel, as required.
