Access Control Manager

This is a critical position within the Security department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Card Administration Coordinator to ensure card management services, the safety and security of our facilities and staff.
- Deliver consistent and prompt processing of access card requests to a high standard.
- Effectively manage cards of authority and relevant access systems.
- Provide high-level administration, managing reporting requests and providing stock management support.
- Support the Card Administration Coordinator with documentation and training.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic administrator who is highly organised, able to plan and prioritise workload in a critical operating environment. They will have experience in access control or identity management systems, ideally across complex property portfolios.
They will be able to analyse data and create insightful reports for the business, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and coordinate a high volume of requests without compromising quality.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as being a collaborative team player who can build relationships with other teams and stakeholders.
