Job Role:

As a coordinator of access control and badging, you will be responsible for overseeing processes related to physical identity access badge creation and maintenance of access control programs.

This role requires technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. You will represent core values by monitoring badge and access applications, ensuring commitments and partnering with management, employees, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor badge and access applications via systems\
  • Manage information and update details\
  • Oversee creation, request, and modification in the Lenel access control system\
  • Partner with managers to review restricted spaces and maintain audit reports\
  • Conduct quarterly audits on badge access levels across corporate offices\
  • Provide guidance and develop solutions to meet customer needs\
  • Coordinate projects and manage stakeholders to ensure timely delivery\

  • Graduate with at least four years of access control/badging experience\
  • Knowledge of security systems\
  • Proficient written and verbal skills\
