Secure Access Control Specialist

Manage access control programs and badging processes for corporate sites. Ensure seamless execution of security protocols through effective coordination with local management, employees, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate badge applications via Trouble-Ticket/SIM and RightCrowd systems.
  • Implement Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments.
  • Collaborate with global teams for area access requests and monitor system performance.
  • Develop and manage access levels in Lenel access control system.
  • Partner with Area Access Managers to review restricted spaces and maintain audit access reports.
  • Conduct quarterly audits on badge access levels across assigned offices.

Qualifications:

  • At least four years of experience in access control/badging.
  • Strong knowledge of security systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
