Technical IDAM Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Technical Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires a high level of technical expertise in identity management and access control.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing L3 technical support and administration via clients ITSM toolset within the Service health indicator (SHI) timeframe. Additionally, they will engage with third-party vendors, participate in client projects, develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), and design detailed level solutions.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in Microsoft Server 2016/2019 products and integrated technologies, including Active Directory and Identity Management Services. You should also have proficiency in advanced scripting, ITIL V3/V4 certification, and experience with Tenable AD and Certificate Management.
