Accreditation and Access Programme Coordinator

Job Description:

The Accreditation and Access Programme Coordinator will play a crucial role in the success of the tournament by delivering the accreditation programme on time and to the required standards. This fixed-term position starts in November 2025 and runs until March 2026.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and supporting the Venue Accreditation Managers in managing the accreditation centres, client process, and access.
  • Working closely with the Venue Accreditation Manager(s) in Perth ACR Venues.
  • Coordinating the Accreditation Centre operations from logistics, FFE, and technology.
  • Building successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and managing the client accreditation/registration process.
  • Coordinating secure information and data submitted by client groups during the tournament.
  • Assisting the Venue Accreditation Managers in training, rostering, and managing volunteers.
  • Delivering the production, distribution, and scheduling of accreditation devices.
  • Finalising the requirements for the Access Control Boards and ensuring they are displayed at every Accreditation checkpoint.
  • Ensuring all Zoning maps and client flow are finalised.
  • Assisting the Venue Accreditation Managers in finalising accreditation and access documentation.

Requirements include:

  • A background and experience in accreditation and/or working in Venue Management or at Events.
  • An understanding of accreditation and access management operations and its integration in accreditation within Venue Operations.
