The Badging & Access Control Coordinator, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will manage processes related to physical identity access badge creation and maintain access control programs at corporate sites. This role involves collaboration with local management, employees, contractors, and vendors. It requires technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Monitor badge and access applications via Trouble-Ticket / SIM and RightCrowd systems, ensuring SLA commitments are met.
- Oversee the status of the RightCrowd system and coordinate global access requests.
- Manage ANT Group information for owners, approvers, and secondary approvers.
- Handle access level creation, requests, and modifications in the Lenel access control system.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Security Badge Office (CSBO) for badging operations support.
- Maintain accurate badging inventory and records across corporate offices.
- Collaborate with Area Access Managers to review restricted spaces and update audit access reports.
- Conduct quarterly badge access audits.
- Provide technical guidance on technology solutions and analyze requirements.
- Capture business workflows and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
- Plan and deliver training sessions.
- Document meeting minutes and action items.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage projects and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform other badge and access management duties as assigned by the Area Security Manager.
Qualifications
- Graduate with at least four years of access control/badging experience preferred.
- Knowledge of security systems.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Responsive and responsible attitude.
- Client-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage remote stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions
- Requires physical and mental capacity to perform essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Regular computer usage.
- Occasional reaching, lifting small objects, and operating office equipment.
- Frequent sitting.
- Travel as required.
