
Access Control and Systems Specialist

We seek a Product Specialist to drive the growth of our Access Control, Intercom, and Intrusion systems in Australia.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop localized product solutions that meet customer needs.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our Access Control, Intercom, and Intrusion products.
- Develop local market strategies and product roadmaps aligned with HQ goals.
- Drive new product introductions, monitor performance, and manage phase-out transitions.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to inform product refinement and localization efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide presales support, including solution design, feature explanation, and proposal assistance.
- Assist in customer meetings, technical discussions, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Support tender responses and technical documentation preparation.
- Develop localized marketing materials and product documentation.
- Organize product launches, webinars, and promotional events to increase market visibility.
- Deliver product training to internal teams and partners to strengthen product understanding and sales capability.
- Coordinate with HQ R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to align on product delivery and improvement plans.
- Gather feedback from local sales and technical teams for product enhancement and future planning.
- Analyze product performance and business data to identify issues and optimization opportunities.
- Assist in setting product-related goals, pricing strategies, and business forecasts.
- Drive the adoption of intelligent access and intercom technologies, aiming to make our non-video products mainstream in Australia within 3 years.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, presales, technical support, or marketing in the security or tech industry.
- Solid understanding of Access Control, Intercom, or Intrusion systems is preferred.
- Strong learning ability and desire to grow into a subject matter expert in non-video product lines.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally overseas.
