About The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our Human Resources Team. As the first point of contact for HR needs, you will support our Property Services and Facility Management business units during an exciting period of growth.

In this permanent, full-time role, you will support both office and site-based teams across various Melbourne locations, while also contributing to our national operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, guiding managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
  • Partner with leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions, enhancing team performance and engagement.
  • Manage employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, supporting seamless onboarding of new talent.
  • Drive performance management, facilitating feedback and growth-focused development.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a true HR generalist with exposure and experience across various facets of HR. You will have a strong employee and industrial relations background, with the ability to manage the 'day-to-day HR' coupled with expertise to successfully navigate a complex industrial environment.

We are seeking someone with a 'can-do' attitude, a knack for people engagement, and a drive for top-notch service delivery. You will possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or equivalent experience.
  • Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement ability.
  • A proactive approach to relationship management.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
