About the Role

The Pyramid Global Technologies team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to coordinate a range of Human Resource functions, including people engagement, health and safety practices, performance management and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate HR functions, including people engagement, health and safety practices, performance management and related documentation.
  • Create strong people processes and build an effective workplace culture that is people focused.
  • Provide effective support to managers and staff on HR activities.
  • Guide and communicate with business units on the usage of HR systems.
  • Interact and manage Union engagement onsite and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on approach with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Sound decision-making skills, a dynamic approach to new challenges and a passion for building process.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, initiative and the drive to thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
  • Excellent understanding of Australian employment laws, award applications, health and occupational safety requirements and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in interaction with Unions and working with them on issues and drawing out solutions.
  • High level/advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, detail orientated, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and produce high volumes of work.
