As a key member of our team, you'll provide HR support to staff and partners in our Melbourne office, working closely with local client groups to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the clerkship and graduate recruitment programs.
  • Support the team with seasonal clerkship recruitment, partnering closely with universities to organize clerkship events.
  • Assist the team in daily HR functions, including resourcing, administration, performance management, induction, pay, workplace behavior, event coordination, leave management, and learning and development activities.
  • Be one of the first points of contact for staff, supervisors, and partners on general employment-related matters.
  • Contribute towards health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives in line with firm policies and current legislation.
  • Help establish and actively participate in industry networks to profile the K&L Gates brand and attract potential talent to the firm.
