About The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Senior HR Advisor to join our Human Resources Team. This role will support our Property Services and Facility Management business units during an exciting period of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, guiding managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
  • Partner with leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions, enhancing team performance and engagement.
  • Manage employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
  • Support recruitment processes, overseeing seamless onboarding of new talent.
  • Drive performance management, facilitating feedback and growth-focused development.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and retention strategies.
About You

To thrive in this role, you will be a true HR generalist with exposure and experience across various HR facets. We are seeking someone with a strong employee and industrial relations background, a proactive approach to relationship management, and excellent communication skills.
