Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the City's marketing strategy, supporting the Council Plan through multi-channel campaigns that foster a culture of innovation.
  • Lead a team to deliver consistent messaging across digital, print, and outdoor platforms.
  • Ensure alignment of the brand with City values, leading its evolution for community engagement.
  • Use insights and analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI, tracking KPIs to measure success.
  • Develop plans to anticipate customer needs, contributing to the CRM system's development.
Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Strategy/Business Administration, with 10+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in senior roles. Expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, brand strategy, and data-driven decision-making.

Salary and Benefits

$144,271 per annum, plus superannuation. We offer a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
