Digital Marketing Communications Director

The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Communications Manager to join our team in the USA/Northern market. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will lead the coordination of cross-channel campaigns, including SEM, SEO, email marketing and social media strategy.
You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist, the eCommerce team and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions that drive high impact. In addition to this, you will manage day-to-day operations, relationships with producers and web developers, and lead your digital marketing team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination of cross-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Develop and execute social media and brand comms strategies
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions
- Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with producers and web developers
- Lead and motivate the digital marketing team to achieve state-of-the-art digital solutions
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing and/or PR or Marketing Communications
- Strong ability to use content management systems and email marketing platforms
- Experience in leading a team and building collaborative working relationships
- Able to plan, organise, schedule and project manage in an efficient way
- The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
- Proven commercial negotiation skills
- Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
