About Cotton On Group
Our organisation is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and PR or marketing communications, with the ability to use content management systems and email marketing platforms.
The successful applicant will lead a team and build collaborative working relationships, plan, organise, schedule and project manage in an efficient way, engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders, possess high level commercial negotiation skills, demonstrate analytical problem solving and research skills, and have strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
Salary Package
We offer a competitive salary package of $85,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including 50% team member discount off all brands, a world-class office with a state-of-the-art Wellness Centre, brand-new childcare centre onsite, and flexible working arrangements.
Job Description
This role involves leading the coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including cross-channel, SEM, SEO, and email marketing, overseeing the social and brand comms strategy for the USA/Northern market, managing day-to-day operations and relationships with producers and web developers, and leading the digital marketing team to success.
