The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, either face-to-face or phone-based. They should be hungry for progression, motivated to achieve set targets, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities include settling warm inbound opportunities, prospecting a nurture book of previously settled clients, maintaining relationships, and consistently delivering excellent service to a large pipeline of qualified customers.

A competitive salary of $120K+ (OTE) is on offer, along with flexible working arrangements, a brand new pet-friendly office, and funded induction and professional development.
