The role will lead our organization's pricing strategy to maximize profitability, competitiveness, and customer value. The Pricing and Revenue Growth Lead will be responsible for driving the next phase of our pricing transformation by embedding Salesforce CPQ, our Pricing Engine, and next-generation tools that harness advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy that aligns with business objectives">
  3. Lead the adoption of Salesforce CPQ and the pricing engine as the standard for pricing and tenders">
  4. Establish, coach, and develop best-in-class processes and workflows across business units to improve speed, transparency, and accuracy in pricing and commercial activities">
  5. Oversee price adjustments, approvals, and governance to ensure margin, risk, and customer value targets are consistently achieved">
  6. Partner with sales, finance, and legal teams to establish and manage a best-practice deal desk function, including commercial modeling, approvals, and contract negotiations">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Proven track record in senior commercial leadership roles, with expertise in contracting, pricing, and deal management">
  • Strong commercial and contract management skills in a B2B environment, including reviewing contracts, structuring deals, and managing risk">
  • Deep understanding of commercial risk and governance frameworks">
  • Experience leading large-scale commercial or pricing transformation programs, with solid knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks">
  • Skilled at operating in dynamic, evolving environments, with the ability to lead and embed change across a matrix organization">
  • Excellent stakeholder and change management skills, with proven ability to influence and coach at all levels, including executives">
