
Leadership Role in Service Improvement

This pivotal position drives high-quality, evidence-informed and trauma-informed practice across the CYF stream.
You'll lead the continued implementation and integration of our Therapeutic Model of Care across services, ensuring it's grounded in current research, aligned with sector standards, and responsive to the needs of the people we support.
- You'll work closely with Area Principal Practitioners, Operational Leaders, Support Services and Subject Matter Experts to build capability through coaching, training, supervision, and consultation.
This is your chance to influence practice at a system level—supporting leaders, guiding quality improvement, and embedding a culture of learning and excellence.
You'll also represent us across the sector, building strong partnerships with peers, funders, and peak bodies.
Your Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor level degree in social work, psychology or related discipline (mandatory)
- Master level in social work, psychology or related discipline (mandatory)
- Current drivers licence valid in Victoria
In addition to these qualifications, you'll have:
- Significant knowledge of and experience in the provision of practice and/or clinical leadership within the health and/or community services sector.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, evidence-based and trauma-informed advice on risk assessment, case planning and management, and child safeguarding.
- Deep understanding of evidence-based frameworks including trauma theory, attachment theory, and trauma neurobiology.
- Extensive knowledge of community services and therapeutic frameworks, particularly in the child, youth, and family sector, including relevant legislation and regulations.
