We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front and back of house.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to motivate and inspire their team, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading by example and setting high standards for yourself and your team
- Providing coaching and guidance to help your team members develop new skills and improve performance
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working in a food service or hospitality environment
Desirable qualifications include knowledge of food safety standards, experience with point of sale systems, and certifications such as Food Safety Handling Certificate.
