Aged Care Customer Service Leadership Role

At the forefront of aged care services, we are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a leadership role within our Customer Service Team.
As a key member of our management team, this individual will oversee the daily operations of the Customer Service Team, guiding and supporting a dedicated group of professionals who serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients across Home Care, Retirement Living, and Residential Aged Care.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitor service metrics and identify areas for improvement to maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
- Triage enquiries and ensure timely responses to meet the needs of our clients.
- Support leave coverage and collaborate with colleagues across teams to improve occupancy and client experience.
This leadership role involves allocating and monitoring team workloads and KPIs, providing guidance and direction to your team to ensure seamless service delivery and client transitions.
