At the forefront of CFD trading, we seek a skilled professional to lead our onboarding efforts.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Product team and shape seamless client onboarding experiences across multiple regions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Requirements gathering and analysis: Translate business objectives into clear, detailed requirements for onboarding features and flows.
  • Regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements embedded in onboarding journeys.
  • Process documentation: Document workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.
  • Data insights: Analyse onboarding funnel metrics and provide recommendations backed by quantitative analysis and customer feedback.
  • Delivery support: Collaborate with engineering teams, conduct UAT, and help prioritise backlog items.
  • Stakeholder management: Act as a bridge between product, compliance, marketing, and customer support.
About You

We require experience in business analysis within FinTech, with a strong understanding of Risk, Electronic verification, KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding requirements.
