At Ordermentum, we are on a mission to become the single platform of choice for all food and beverage businesses to manage orders, facilitate payments, and discover new products and services that save time and money.We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Supplier Onboarding Specialist to join our Supplier Onboarding team.What you'll doEnd-to-end onboarding: Guide hospitality suppliers through the onboarding process, from initial setup to full adoption, ensuring they're set up for success.Project management & training: Manage onboarding projects, map out processes, and deliver training that empowers suppliers to use Ordermentum confidently.Problem-solving & process improvements: Identify common customer challenges and proactively develop better solutions to enhance the onboarding experience.Customer collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to gather both functional and technical requirements, ensuring the platform meets their needs.Solution design: Translate requirements into actionable onboarding plans, including high-level solution designs and system configurations.Testing & troubleshooting: Participate in testing and manage technical escalations through to resolution, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.Project tracking & reporting: Maintain project plans with clear tasks, milestones, and timelines, ensuring smooth execution.What You'll Bring:2-4 years of experience in an implementation, onboarding, or project management role (ideally within SaaS, tech, or hospitality industries).
