About Your New Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team at West Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their technology platforms are running smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the IT Service Desk, providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  2. Collaborate with our team to implement and upgrade systems, hardware, and software, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to our clients.
  3. Install, maintain, and support Windows Servers and operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  4. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Active Directory and Exchange servers, ensuring efficient and secure email management.
  5. Configure firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points, ensuring secure and reliable network connectivity.
  6. Support Office 365 and other cloud-based services, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to our clients.
  7. Build and maintain remote access environments, ensuring secure and efficient access to our clients' systems.

About You
  1. You have 1-2 years of relevant experience in an IT support role and are eager to take on new challenges and advance your career.
  2. You are a self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. You possess a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends.
  4. You are a proactive problem-solver with excellent time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. You have a customer-centric approach, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
