About the Role

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to students, faculty, and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering IT Service Desk phone calls, providing data entry for User Support Services, and greeting UHD community members in assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer IT Service Desk phone calls and provide technical support to UHD community members
  • Provide data entry for User Support Services using an online help desk ticketing system
  • Greet UHD students, faculty, staff, and guests in assigned areas
  • Provide first-tier technical support to UHD students, faculty, and staff
  • Perform opening and/or closing procedures as defined for assigned areas
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be a current UHD student
  • Must have prior customer service experience
