Global Partnership Development Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Country Impact Manager to lead our relationship with World Vision National Offices, overseeing project management and strategic engagement.
The successful candidate will have significant complex grant management experience and be able to develop collaborative relationships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic engagement with National Offices and implementation partners
- Influence Country Strategy Implementation Plan development and associated processes
- Manage portfolio compliance and quality, establishing a platform for donor engagement
- Support institutional and non-institutional grants acquisition
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver Enterprise Business Plan objectives
- Contribute to grant and project management process development and refinement
- Respond to humanitarian emergencies and track progress implementing National Preparedness Plans
- Maintain trusted relationships with field partners and regional offices
- Monitor field programmatic and financial reporting, addressing issues and building capacity as needed
- Provide raw content for evidence translation and population in the digital Impact Hub
- Deliver growth within the portfolio by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities
About You:
We are looking for someone with excellent project management, analytical, and influencing skills, who is self-driven, a team player, and a quick learner.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant complex grant management experience, ideally with a grant portfolio
- Program management experience, including results development and communication
- Training, resource development, and capacity building skills
- Understanding of procurement or grants structures and processes of international organizations
- Knowledge of humanitarian principles, disaster management cycle, and project cycle
- Understanding of humanitarian coordination mechanisms and the international humanitarian system
- Relevant tertiary qualifications: International Relations/International Development, Humanitarian Assistance, legal, or relevant technical field
