About the RoleThis role requires full ownership of driving category growth and innovation across the portfolio. You will challenge the status quo, develop strategic plans grounded in consumer insight and market data, forge strong partnerships with our supply base, and collaborate across the enterprise to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of the category strategy aligned with customer needs and commercial goals.
- Identify and implement transformative initiatives that deliver growth, increase customer loyalty, and drives profitability.
- Use analytics and shopper insight to shape the future of our offering across the Chilled and Bakery categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovation to shelf faster and more effectively.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with our supplier base to drive joint business planning, unlock innovation, and improve agility.
