As a senior category manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in our fresh food offer.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive category growth and innovation across our portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.
  • Foster strong partnerships with our supply base to drive joint business planning and unlock innovation.

This is a leadership position for someone who can disrupt, elevate, and transform our Chilled and Bakery categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the category strategy aligned with customer needs and commercial goals.
  • Identify and implement transformative initiatives that deliver growth, increase customer loyalty, and drives profitability.
  • Use analytics and shopper insight to shape the future of our offering across the Chilled and Bakery categories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovation to shelf faster and more effectively.
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with our supplier base to drive joint business planning, unlock innovation, and improve agility.
  • Champion quality, freshness, and food credentials while delivering on key commercial metrics.
