Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and management of a diverse range of events, including prospect dinners, conferences, industry events, and customer success experiences.
- Venue Research & Selection: Stay informed about the latest venues, restaurants, and spaces ideal for hosting ultra-exclusive C-suite events, ensuring a high standard of experience.
- Event Strategy & Lead Generation: Develop strategies to maximize attendance, engagement, and lead generation for all events, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align event activities with overall business goals and product showcases.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Establish and manage relationships with local businesses, venues, media partners, and other stakeholders to create successful events.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing events budget, ensuring events deliver maximum ROI and align with company priorities.
- Tracking & Reporting: Measure event success by tracking key metrics, analyzing outcomes, and providing detailed reports to assess event effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Brand Promotion: Represent AutogenAI at industry events and trade shows, promoting the brand and fostering relationships with key prospects and partners.
- Process Development: Create and document processes, operations manuals, and guidelines to ensure event success and scalability across the APAC region.

- Experience: 4+ years of experience in corporate or high-end hospitality, events management, or marketing, with a focus on planning and executing high-value, high-impact events.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and event management platforms.
- Project Management: Exceptional communication, organisational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration & Independence: Proven ability to work both collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently as needed.
