We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their vehicle hire requirements are met with quality and care.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Provide outstanding customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs
- Open and close rental agreements
- Sell additional rental products at the counter
- Check for and record vehicle damage and conduct maintenance checks
- Clean and present passenger and commercial vehicles
- Moving vehicles within the location and offsite for refuelling, maintenance, repairs, or other purposes
- Report and manage workplace health and safety risks and incidents promptly
