We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a customer experience specialist at our Rothwell centre, offering a great work-life balance with no nights, Sundays or public holidays. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized support to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions about their storage needs
  • Maintaining high standards of centre presentation and adhering to our guidelines
  • Delivering outstanding service to commercial customers, meeting their daily/weekly needs and maximizing sales conversion opportunities
  • Conducting engaging centre tours and showcasing our facilities to potential customers
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Ensuring a safe and secure centre environment, complying with health and safety protocols
  • Administering accounts and contracts, managing inventory and processing insurance claims

We seek an individual with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our business. As a customer experience specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
