About Our Customer Service Role
The primary objective of this position is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through seamless communication and timely service. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients' customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone calls and online order management.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with various stakeholders, including laborers, project managers, and administrators, and be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders, changes, and cancellations efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and Scheduling teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines
- Provide administrative support for purchase orders and cash sales orders
About You:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or related industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual, positive, and efficient work attitude
- Ability to thrive in an agile and time-sensitive environment
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
