The role of a Customer Service Representative involves providing exceptional service to every customer who visits our store. You will be responsible for point of sale interaction and till reconciliation, maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.

As part of your responsibilities, you will process stock deliveries and inventory control, ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing. A strong alignment with our brand and organizational values is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
