Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will support Optometrists with pre-testing and provide expert advice on frame styling to our customers.
  • You will be responsible for dispensing glasses with various lens options and building strong relationships with our customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail/customer service experience is required.
  • Optical experience is highly desirable but not essential as full optics training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • You must have the ability to build genuine relationships with colleagues.
