Customer Experience Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced customer experience professional to oversee the operations and excellence of 12 corporate office sites.

This pivotal role requires a hands-on leader with the ability to manage and inspire staff across different locations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff across 12 sites, providing ongoing support and training to ensure exceptional service.
  • Oversee all customer-facing operations, from front desk services to F&B offerings, conference bookings, mail room management, and more.
  • Foster a culture of service excellence by consistently exceeding customer expectations and going the extra mile.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience across all locations.
  • Monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with teams to achieve targets and drive continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in customer service, ideally from the airline industry, hospitality, or corporate real estate sectors.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams in diverse locations.
  • Expert understanding of customer experience, with the ability to incorporate various services to create a seamless and positive experience.
  • Able to motivate and inspire teams, while maintaining operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff alike.
