We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Excellence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic customer service initiatives.
Job Description:This role involves working closely with our retail clients to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide training and coaching to retail staff on customer service best practices
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail industry
- Proven ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
