About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Consultant to join our Local Government - Social and Affordable Housing Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and configuring Civica's Housing Software, providing expert advice to our customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Civica's Housing Software to meet customer requirements
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on housing market trends and policies
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, including onsite and remote consultancy, training, and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to product specification, testing, and recommendations for product enhancements
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of the housing market and social housing policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working directly with customers and in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to manage expectations and control change in an IT projects environment
  • Highly analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience conducting demonstrations in front of customers
  • Experience working with process-based applications
  • Experience with documentation and training
