Account Director Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to lead our client relationships, drive commercial growth, and deliver exceptional creative work.

About the Role:

  • You will be accountable for leading a team towards strong business performance and delivering successful campaigns across a portfolio of clients.

  • You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive client growth and campaign delivery.
  • As a senior agency stakeholder, you will provide expert advice and guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Strong financial awareness and analytical skills will enable you to make informed decisions and recommendations to regional leadership teams.

  • Demonstrated experience in account management and leadership roles within the creative industry.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and delivering successful campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

  • Strong financial awareness and analytical skills.
