We're seeking an Account Growth Specialist to drive expansion and deepen relationships with our existing clients. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building strong connections, and ensuring seamless program implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Expansion: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts, focusing on cross-selling and upselling.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and position our solutions effectively.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline by leveraging CRM tools, conducting outreach, and following up on marketing campaigns.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and client activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
