CLIENT ACCOUNT DIRECTOR | Client Services, Media Planning

One of Australia's leading media agencies is on the lookout for a Client Account Director to join their team. As the main point of contact for our brands, you will be handling multiple client stakeholders for some of the world's leading companies.

Base pay range

A$110,000.00/yr - A$125,000.00/yr

This range is provided by Searchability. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

  • Location in Surry Hills - Hybrid working arrangement (2 days WFH)

WHO ARE WE?

As a global media agency operating across the globe, we specialise in delivering data-driven media strategies that help brands connect with their audience. Our work spans across digital, social, television and traditional platforms, and is known for its insights-led approach to media planning and buying. Right now we are looking for an experienced Client Account Director to lead across three large brands.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As our Client Account Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, including handling briefs, navigating challenges, coordination of client management plans and ensuring clear communication across all interactions. You will be able to proactively identify opportunities to expand services provided across the agency. As well as client relations, you will also oversee internal briefing and timelines, and be responsible for quality control of outputs. You will handle campaign analyses and will be partially responsible for achieving group budgets and driving business development.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
  • 6-8 years of experience with client relationship management and client services in the advertising industry
  • Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to speak persuasively and confidently
  • Ability to understand client objections, challenge assumptions and develop solutions
  • Skilled in time management and organisation
  • Understanding of budgets and ability to recognise growth opportunities
  • Up-to-date awareness of media and technology trends
  • Knowledge of all clients, strategy, design, partnership & SBU planning systems
