Housekeeping Attendant Job Description

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing support to the Housekeeping and Laundry teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high standards in every aspect of Housekeeping and Laundry, adhering to hotel brand guidelines.
  • Maintain appearance, standards, and performance of the Housekeeping and Laundry Teams, emphasizing training and teamwork.
  • Provide outstanding guest service, addressing their needs and preferences promptly.
  • Manage department controls, including employee scheduling and master key distribution.
  • Monitor daily guest information in CRM systems and ensure timely preferences and requests are met.
  • Coordinate document and personnel flow within the department.
Requirements:
  • High operating standards in Housekeeping and Laundry.
  • Monitoring and maintaining appearance, standards, and performance of team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems.
