Job Summary
As a Front Office Receptionist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional guest experiences. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.
About the Role
You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, maintaining accurate guest accounts, taking bookings, and providing helpful information. You will also answer guests' queries in a timely and efficient manner, addressing any issues or complaints that may arise.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- A friendly and positive can-do attitude
