Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes while maintaining accurate guest accounts
• Take bookings and provide helpful information to support guests' needs
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest queries and address any concerns or complaints
• Liaise with other departments to facilitate smooth guest experiences
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hotel front office reception is desirable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• A friendly and positive attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in using Opera or similar systems is advantageous but not essential
