Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Your primary responsibility will be to create exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service and leadership in the hotel lobby and public areas.

  • Manage the first impressions of guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Engage with guests, provide general assistance, and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate services and facilities for long-stay guests and VIPs, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel products, services, policies, and emergency procedures to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve results.
Key Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail sector.
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety and security procedures.
  • Calm, efficient, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills.
  • Possess strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability in a tight market sector.
  • Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property.
