Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is a leading provider of primary healthcare services to Aboriginal people living in and nearby Alice Springs, including five remote communities.

The position provides oversight in the delivery of efficient administrative and logistical support across Congress town and remote clinics.

We require an Administration Officer to join our team and provide administrative and secretarial support to the Clinical Services Leadership Team (CSLT).

This role involves providing high quality and efficient clinical services across Congress' clinical network.

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CSLT, including preparing reports and correspondence, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the CSLT
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Preparing reports and correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings and events

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,484 - $74,197 per annum, plus generous benefits, including six weeks annual leave and access to the Congress health services for you and your family at no cost.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Officer who is passionate about delivering high-quality administrative support and has excellent communication and organisational skills.
